Dr. Agnes Usoro is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and the owner of River Oaks Galleria Medspa, where she merges cutting-edge regenerative aesthetic treatments with a deep commitment to whole-body wellness. Her approach prioritizes safety, science, and individualized care—helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.

Dr. Usoro earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She completed her residency at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. She holds active medical licenses in Texas, Maryland, and Virginia.

Dr. Usoro is also the founder of ROG Hair Institute, a practice dedicated to restoring hair health through personalized, medically-driven interventions. Beyond aesthetics, she is passionate about early cancer detection, regenerative wellness, and expanding knowledge of cutting-edge therapies that support both internal health and external beauty.
